We do not ship internationally at this time.

HOW ARE YOUR HARMAN LONDON CANDLES MADE?

Harman London candles are custom-blended from the finest grade waxes, developed to perfectly complement our custom-made fragrances. Our meticulous formulations are comprised of only the best quality, highest performing primary ingredients, while avoiding any unnecessary elements, to promote a clean-burning, highly fragrant candle. Each 7oz candle is hand-poured in our own studios in Olympia, Washington, using lead-free wicks.

HOW LONG DO HARMAN LONDON CANDLES BURN?

Harman London candles will burn 50-60 hours with proper care.

HOW LONG WILL HARMAN LONDON DIFFUSERS LAST?

One 7oz. diffuser will sumptuously scent an average room for eight to ten months. The diffusion reeds are a sturdy 3.25 mm thick, enabling them to retain the fragrance oil for a longer time.

HOW CAN I ADJUST THE INTENSITY OF THE DIFFUSER FRAGRANCE?

Increasing or decreasing the number of reeds can adjust the intensity of fragrance.

ARE HARMAN LONDON PRODUCTS CRUELTY-FREE?

Of course we are cruelty-free. Harman London loves both humans and animals!

HOW WERE HARMAN LONDON SKINCARE PRODUCTS DEVELOPED?

The original seven products of the Harman London skincare line were developed with board-certified dermatologists, and were designed to provide a gentle, drug-free alternative to help you achieve great-looking skin. Each product contains effective levels of performance-proven ingredients, not just the ingredient 'trends of the moment', and is formulated at dose-dependent levels, meaning the active ingredients are used at the precise amount to assure optimal results. Bio-effective ingredients such as multi-functioning anti-oxides, phyto-nutrients and clinically tested peptides and botanicals create this results-oriented line. Whenever possible, plant and mineral-derived ingredients are used instead of ingredients from animal or petroleum sources.

No unwanted Ingredients – You’ll never find a Harman London skincare product loaded with unwanted or skin-sensitizing ingredients such as: Parabans, Mineral oil, lanolin, Propylene glycol, Sodium lautyl or Laureth sulfates, Phtalates, Touene, Talc, Progesterone, Bovine-sourced ingredients (such as Collagen, Elastin colostrum), Formaldehyde preservatives (Imidazolidinyl urea, Diazolidinyl urea, DMDM hydantoin, Quaternium-15).

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We use FedEx home delivery. It takes us 2-3 days to process your order. We do not process orders or ship on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays. Once in transit, FedEx home delivery delivers within 3-4 days depending on your location. All shipping is from Olympia, Washington.

Out of Stock and Back-Ordered Items
If you order a product this is currently out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours to let you know when we expect to fill the order. At that time, you may opt to wait for the back-ordered item(s), or you may choose to cancel all or any part of the order.

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU ACCCEPT?

For online purchases, we accept payment via PayPal. Paying through PayPal is safe and secure, and offers versatile options for making your payment.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

With receipt, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for full refund made to the original method of payment. Products must be unused and in re-saleable condition. Refund is given in the amount that was paid for the product(s). Any promo codes or coupons that were used for original purchase will not be credited and deemed expired if they are no longer valid at time of subsequent purchase.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless it is determined the product is damaged. All sale items are final, no returns or credit. Harman London does not offer online exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, simply return it and purchase the item you wish in its place.

Harman London does not pay for return shipping or grant refunds for items that arrive in our shop in damaged condition.

Damages: If you receive merchandise that has been damaged during shipping, save all packaging and damaged merchandise for FedEx to inspect and contact us within 48 hrs with the tracking number(s) of the damaged box(es). Harman London will issue a return authorization if necessary. Freight damage is the responsibility of the freight carrier.

WHAT IF RECEIVE DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately and we will promptly arrange a replacement or return. Harman London must be informed within 3 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.
