FOR RETAILERSWHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONSBy placing a wholesale order with HARMAN LONDON, Purchaser agrees to the following terms & conditions. No modification or additions to these terms by purchaser shall be binding by HARMAN LONDON. HARMAN LONDON reserves the right to amend or waive said Terms and Conditions at any time. Terms and Conditions in effect at time of order shall prevail. Non-adherence may result in termination of account. HARMAN LONDON is not responsible for misuse of any product sold. Customers: HARMAN LONDON sells wholesale to retail establishments with a storefront only. Sale of product authorized only at shipping location and/or business establishment approved by HARMAN LONDON. Change of address requires re-application. Third party sales to other retail establishments are prohibited. HARMAN LONDON reserves the right to reject any order or customer at any time for any reason. Minimum Order: All accounts must provide a valid resale certificate prior to initial shipment. $100 minimum re-order for established accounts and $150 minimum opening order for new accounts. Pricing: All product prices can be seen on the Harman London website (when logged in using your wholesale account). Payments are paid to PayPal at the time of purchase through the HARMAN LONDON website. Shipping: Wholesale customer pays all shipping fees. All shipments are sent F.O.B. HARMAN LONDON warehouse in Olympia, Washington by FEDEX Ground Service; No Residential Shipping. All shipping is to commercial address only and any applicable charges for non-adherence are the responsibility of and will be charged back to buyer. Erroneous shipping instructions will also be charged back to buyer. If purchaser requires that special routing instructions be followed, handling fees will be assessed on per box basis. Special routing instructions must be included with every order submitted to HARMAN LONDON. Charge-backs are not allowed. Returns: All returns must be reported to HARMAN LONDON within four (4) business days upon receipt of delivery. Authorization will be issued at the discretion of HARMAN LONDON. Returns must be approved by HARMAN LONDON and accompanied by an RA (Return Authorization) number issued by HARMAN LONDON. Unauthorized returns or refused shipments will not be credited. Authorized returned goods must be in original condition and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. On any refused shipments, customers will be charged roundtrip freight and applicable restocking fees. Cancellation of order must be requested in writing (by email) and will be accepted only if received one day prior to shipment of order. Damages: If you receive merchandise that has been damaged during shipping, save all packaging and damaged merchandise for FEDEX to inspect and email our office within 48 hrs with tracking number(s) of damaged box(s). HARMAN LONDON will issue a return authorization if necessary. Freight damage is the responsibility of the freight carrier. Backorders: If you order a product that is currently out of stock, we'll email to let you know the status and give you the chance to decide whether or not you wish to place the item on backorder.
